LenderPrism offers semi-exclusive territories on a statewide basis with property type specialization. Each broker gets exclusive rights to their chosen state and property type combination, ensuring reduced competition and increased deal flow in their territory.

Your subscription includes exclusive territory rights, access to our matching engine, Capitalize.io leads ($299 value), Lender Spotlight Speaker Series, broker spotlight promotion, white-glove back-office support, house-sourced deal leads, and upcoming InvestorPrism syndicator access.

How does the deal split structure work?

LenderPrism operates on a performance-based model where we provide leads and support, and you keep a significant portion of the commission. Our team handles the back-office work while you focus on closing deals and building relationships.

Can I change my territory or property type specialization?
