Hi, my name is Tony Talamas. I want to thank you for your interest in LenderPrism.
For over 20 years, I have worked as a commercial mortgage broker and a direct multifamily lender. In that time, I’ve seen lenders come and go. Underwriting guidelines change. Loan officers switch to different shops. Many lenders have different appetites from one year to the next – sometimes quarterly.
Keeping track of the active lenders and their changing guidelines is time consuming. It pulls you away from what you do best. So, I set out to do something completely different. I’m improving the way multifamily / CRE borrowers and brokers identify lenders.
LenderPrism's goal is to bring hundreds of lenders onto one platform. A single platform for brokers and borrowers to identify lenders within minutes. A platform that delivers full transparency and increases efficiency.

LenderPrism will offer the most comprehensive database of every lender in the marketplace. All so that you can identify the right lenders for your transactions. It will also offer a community in which to collaborate with peers.
Before you get started, I’d like to share with you three things.
First, I’d like to explain what LenderPrism is not. It is not a LOAN matching engine. It's a LENDER matching engine. What does that mean? Well, LenderPrism is a powerful resource to help you scour the market for real estate lenders.
You can use it to identify over 10,000 banks and credit unions in over 90,000 locations nationwide. You can also use it to find hundreds of non-bank lenders that finance commercial real estate.
You'll still have to do the heavy lifting of reaching out to lenders directly. It’s a bit old school in that sense, but it’s still the most productive way to connect with lenders. The loan matching feature on other platforms only works if lenders are quoting. That doesn't always happen. If it does, they become disengaged over time.
Also, other platforms only present you with lenders who pay them referral fees. LenderPrism presents you with all known lenders in the entire market. It's an open and free marketplace.

Second, the LenderPrism consists of two products. The Lender Funnel and The Prospector.
The Prospector is a simple search tool. Use it to run a geographical search of banks and credit unions nationwide.
The Lender Funnel is a more robust tool. You can search for hundreds of active non bank lenders. They’ve been verified. They are lend on multifamily and commercial real estate. We have their lending criteria. We also have contact info for real people at these shops.
Third, the platform is new. I'm still in Beta. There will be bugs. There will be room for improvement. So, I ask that you please share your feedback and suggestions for new features. Use the "feedback" button on the right side of your screen to do so.
